BRIGHT DAWN is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Rev. Gyomay M. Kubose's vision of American Buddhism. The core of our approach is "The Way of Oneness." This is one of the most basic Buddhist principles and pervades all Buddhist thought. Rooted in the original teachings of Gautama Buddha, our presentation of the Way of Oneness has its origins in the Japanese Mahayana tradition. Our open, eclectic approach concentrates on individual spiritual growth rather than on any particular sectarian dogma.
